Zoo Negara Malaysia, or the National Zoo of Malaysia, is a popular attraction for locals and tourists alike.

Public Transit

You can take the LRT (Light Rail Transit) to Wangsa Maju Station or Sri Rampai Station on the Kelana Jaya Line.

From there, you can take a taxi or a Grab car to the zoo. Alternatively, you can take the bus number 253 or 220 from KL Sentral or Titiwangsa Station and alight at the zoo entrance.

Taxi or Rideshare

You can also take a taxi or a Grab car directly from your location to the zoo. The fare will depend on the distance and traffic conditions, but it should be around RM 20 to RM 40 from the city center.

Parking Facilities

If you are driving to the zoo, you can park your vehicle at the zoo’s parking lot. The parking fee is RM 10 for cars, RM 5 for motorcycles, and RM 20 for buses.

Tickets and Entry

The zoo is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except on Fridays when it closes at 12:00 pm for prayers and reopens at 2:30 pm. The last admission is at 4:00 pm.
